You acknowledge that all outputs are generated by algorithms/statistical models and may contain inaccuracies (AI Limitation Clause).

1.3 No Affiliation; Trademarks

We have no affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership with MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL, MLS, UFC, ESPN, or any league, team, athlete, or media brand.
All trademarks, names, and logos are the property of their respective owners and used nominatively under fair use.

1.4 Data Sources & API Usage

We obtain sports data via paid, licensed APIs, including Odds API for real-time betting odds.
We do not redistribute raw API data; all use complies with licensors’ terms.

1.5 Eligibility & Local Law Compliance

You must be 18+ (or legal majority) and legally permitted to access sports-betting information in your jurisdiction.
Local Law Supremacy Clause: Accessing our Services where prohibited by law is at your own risk, and we disclaim all liability for such access.

1.6 Accounts & Security

• Provide accurate info.

• One person per account.

• Keep credentials confidential.

• You’re responsible for all account activity.

1.7 License & Restrictions

We grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, scrape, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse our Services.

Promotions, offers, and discounts are subject to change without notice and may include additional eligibility requirements or restrictions.

1.10 Payments, Auto-Renew, Refunds, Chargebacks

• Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.

• All sales final except duplicate charges or technical errors.

• Contact us before initiating chargebacks.

1.11 Service Availability; Uptime Disclaimer

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, delays, or data unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party outages.

All disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Orange County, Florida, under AAA rules, in English, before one arbitrator. No class actions or class arbitrations.

1.23 Governing Law; Venue; Jury Waiver

Florida law governs. Venue is Orange County, Florida. Jury trial waived.

1.24 Force Majeure

We are not liable for events beyond our control.

1.25 Assignment

We may assign or transfer rights/obligations to any affiliate or successor without notice. You may not assign without our consent.
