Using Betty
How do I read a matchup?
Open any game from a sport page. Betty compares both sides stat by stat, groups the stats into the categories that matter in that sport, and rolls them into one verdict with a plain-English explanation of why.
Does Betty tell me what to bet?
No. Betty shows which side the numbers favor and how big the edge is. You make the decision. Betty is not a sportsbook and does not take bets.
How are results graded?
Each verdict is frozen at game time and graded against the final score. Even matchups are not counted. The record also includes Betty's current model on the past 6 months of games, using only data available before each game.
When do the numbers update?
Analysis updates as odds and stats change, until the verdict is frozen at game time.

I forgot my password
On the sign-in page, enter your email and tap Forgot password. To change a password you know, go to the Security section of your Account page.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your Account page and use Delete account at the bottom. This is permanent.
What does a free account include?
One featured matchup per sport every week, with the full breakdown. No card needed.
How does the Betty Pro trial work?
New members get 7 days free, then Betty Pro is $19.99 per month through Stripe. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
How do I cancel or update my card?
Go to your Account page and tap Manage billing. You can update your card, download invoices or cancel. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
